Research

Our laboratory is interested in understanding how oncogenic signal transduction impacts the expression of immune system genes.  Specifically, we are interested in how activation of the epidermal growth factor receptor impacts the expression of MHC class I and class II molecules. Further, we are also interested in defining in vivo how inhibitors of oncogenic kinases influence T cell mediated immune responses.
