Grand Rounds Scheduling Checklist

	Return/Submit the Request Scheduling a Patient on-line or via fax (404-778-3337) within 48 hours of the patient’s arrival.
	Download Patient’s Information/Instruction’s and give to patient.
	Provide patient with Local Directions to the Emory Clinic, Dermatology
	Call the patient with the scheduled date of Grand Rounds after confirmation date provided by the Dermatology Chief Resident.
	Send copies of histology slides, Instructions for Sending Histology Slides.
	That’s it!, We will contact you after the patient has been seen unless you are present at Grand Rounds in person.
